Parental control of adult child's assets
Can a virginia resident's parents take control of his finances and property if he is temporarily incapacitated in the hospital from a car accident.

Yes, it could be possible, but a judge would have to decide the matter, in the absence of a valid POA (Power of Attorney) from the son to the parent.
