parol and probation

my boyfriend got 87 month of sentece about intetion for distribution of drugs.can he can come home with parol.i know that we eed to pay daily for have that things in his leg. thats its posible? we want to get married.i love him.he had already 18month that he was arrested.

87 months sounds like your boyfriend

received a federal rather than a state sentence, but either way, since there is no longer parole in either Virginia or with federal criminal cases, I regret to report that your boyfriend will very likely be serving somewhere around 85 to 90% of his sentence before he comes home. (And no, early release with an electronic bracelet is also not an option with this kind of sentence.)
