parole violatin
i just wanna know how you can be charged with failing a lie dector test and be put in jail when there are no new charges and they have only spoken to him once and he has no idea of when his next court date is

People are not put in jail for failing polygraph tests; there must obviously be many other relevant facts which support the apparent pretrial detention of this defendant without bond.
