Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Person A is on probation from Virginia but serving this in Florida. Said person is arrested on new charge, and spends 2 months in jail with no bond on VOP due to the fact it's from Virginia. Virginia has no violation on record as of yet and no warrant for Person A. If Person A is bonded out, how long does VA havet is the to come get them before they are released from County Jail, and what is the likelihood that they will do so with a felony and misdemeanor charge still pending?

If Virginia has lodged no detainer request with Florida law enforcement,

the Commonwealth will not be dispactching any of its officers to pick

up this particular individual if he's released on Florida bond, even if the alleged probation violation may involve a pending felony in Florida since none of this information has apparently as of yet been processed throught the Virginia judicial system and no warrant nor summons to appear would have therefore been issued for him by the Commonwealth.
