Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
If a person has 2 sentencing order. One sentencing order contains 19 felony charges but states that each charge gets 5 years to run concurrently with each other and all is suspended but runs Consecutively with a 2nd sentencing order that is for 3 years with 6 months but the 2nd sentencing order says it runs concurrent with 18 of the other suspended sentences and runs consecutive with the other 1 5 years suspended sentence, does that mean the person has to serve the 2 1/2 years or will that be suspended as well?
