Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Personal Injury

Hi

Yesterday, outside a night club while I was trying to get in, Security threw me of the stairs . I'm a short light guy and I was ''flying'' and then landed on my right shoulder which is now hurting a lot...

What can I do to at least get an apology from them and punish that security .

I didn't offend him verbally and didn't attack him either, I was just trying to get back in the club. I had to mention that I stepped out to smoke a cigarette, so I was there and paid to enter the club.

Thank You

Re: Personal Injury

If all you want is an apology from the club and perhaps some sanction taken against the allegedly overly agressive club "bouncer", then call the club owner or manager and make your request(s).

However, if you believe that you were the victim of a crime(assault and battery) that should be prosecuted, then make your way to the local magistrate's office to swear out a warrant for the alleged malefactor's arrest.
