Can I have this removed?This was for $12.00 missing from my drawer.

Yes, you very likely can have the police and court records related to your charge of petty larceny expunged if you're a first time offender and the Commonwealth doesn't have "good cause" to oppose it. See Va. Code Sec.
19.2-392.2(F).
