Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
petit larceny
I am 23 yrs old this charge happened when I was 22. I know I was being irresponsible at the time and I deeply regret it happening even though it should not have happened in the first place. I just want to get past this and move on

Re: petit larceny
Not sure what your question is, though I sympathize.
Has your case gone to trial yet? You should certainly get strong legal advice. If it is not over yet, you should quickly get advice.
In fact, there may be a way to pay restitution and get it set aside. But if it has not already gone to trial, you should act fast.
