Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Plea Agreement
I was wondering if someone took a plea agreement offered by a prosecuter, can some of the time still be suspended if the person does not have a bad criminal record before this conviction? The agreement was to plea to rape with a sentence up to 3 and a half to 4 years.

Re: Plea Agreement
The amount of time to be suspended would be governed by the terms of the plea agreement.
