Plea Bargains
I was accused of consipiracy and assessory before the fact. My lawyers advised me to take a plea bargain or I would go to jail. I took the plea because I was scared. I don't think it was evidence against me just a informate. Can I take the plea bargain back and go back to court?

You should ask your lawyer but it is now probably too late to withdraw your plea of guilty, particularly if you've already been sentenced.
