plead guilty

my sons lawyer had him plead guilty to a crime he didn't commit with the assumption of a lighter sentence, per the aqttorney 18 months. he got 15 years...what are our recourse?

If your son has already been sentenced, he cannot now withdraw his guilty plea and very likely is foreclosed from appealing this sentence due to the plea.

You might wish to arrange for a consultation with a criminal defense counsel who had no involvement in the matter to review all facets of the case to determine whether there's anything that might now be done in your son's behalf with respect to this sentence.
