Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

pleading guilty to harrassing phne calls

My ex put a protective order on me for family abuse, the next I was arrested for breaking. I called my exs mom to advise I would love for them to come to my son's function but to let my ex know he would not be able to. Which I didnt releazie was 2rd partyng messaging. 1st judge found me guilty, cause 3rd pary mess--sate atty slip note saying to appeal. I did so, but my ex had someone there to spk on his behalf for him to prosecuting. my options were that technical I broke it and I will then serve the full 30 days of jail time for it, or I plead guilty for assult and battery and took anger mangement no jail time (i never laid a hand on him), or plead gulity for harrassing phone calls and no jail time, so I took the 3rd one scared the judge would find me guilty again. I regret not fighting it and taking the chance. Is there any thing I can do to fight what I plead guilty to. I never had a record, and the protective order was his way of benefiting for custody reasons. Please help!!!

Re: pleading guilty to harrassing phne calls

Since you apparently pled guilty on a voluntary basis to the charge, the answer must necessarily be, no, there is not(anything which you can now do about it).
