polygraph test
Can a person submit a polygraph test to a judge to prove their innocence? and if so what would you have to do or who would you have to contact and if not why?

No, results of polygraph tests are not admissible as evidence in Virginia criminal cases either to prove the defendant's guilt or innocence.
