Posession
I was caught twice with marijuana on me in school. The first time it was like a dimebag. The second time it was like a dub. I am going to court august 28th and i would like to know the possible punishments.

Conviction for marijuana possession is a class 1 misdemeanor which carries a possible sentence of a fine up to $2500 and/or up to 12 months in jail. However, if you have no prior convictions, you should get off with a suspended sentence and supervised probation, which likely may include some community service and, perhaps, a modest fine.
