Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

possesion w/ intent

for a first offence, I wuz set up and had about 46 40 mg oxys on me. I talked to a lawyer today, and they said i will most likely have to do some jail time. I thought I would get probation since first offence. What do u think will happen?

Ask another lawyer what she or he may think regarding a likely outcome for your legal predicament as described.

Tell 'em (or the prosecutor) you're interested in what Virginia law calls an SIS (Suspended Imposition of Sentence).
