i was at someone's house who got busted, i was not arrested i was let go, i never had anything on me, or anything, nothing, the task force pulled me aside and told me to contact them and they would not put me in the report, i guess they wanted me to help them out. i never contacted them and the next month i received a warrant in the mail for possession wi intent. can i be charged with this crime. it was not my house, i did not have anything on me, etc. i was even let go that day. i am currently out on bail.

Re: possession w intent
Of course, you can be charged as indicated by the fact that you already have been.
Whether, you can be convicted on these particular facts, however, is an entirely different matter, which is all the more reason for you to hire a competent criminal defense counsel as soon as possible to represent you.
