Pressing charges and Juvie?

I stole something from a guys car( a

connect four game worth 5 dollars) I

dropped it when the owner caught me and

apoligized. Now he is saying that I tipped

his xbox 360, which I never saw, over

while I got the connect 4 box and now he

wants a restitution of 500 dollars or he will

press charges. What would the

consequences be? Also I think he called

me as a detective trying to get my address.

How will I be abkle to detect him as an

officer?

Just keep your lip buttoned and refuse to say anything to anyone regarding this matter.

If you're charged with something, you should continue to refuse to talk and then hire a criminal defense counsel to represent you(and let this person do the talking for you).
