Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have two prior misdemeanor petit larceny I was incarcerated and took a plea bargain for 15 days about three months ago. Two months after that I got charged with third time petit larceny which in Virginia is a class 6 felony. Do you think the judge would give me jail time...if so how long? Since I am going to have a decent lawyer.

Yes, given your record of petty thievery, felony
jail time is certainly a possibility in the situation described, but beyond that,
I couldn't say.
