Probable Cause arrest
Does hearsay evidence alone from a 3rd party who neither present nor witness to a crime in question provide probable cause for a policeman to arrest someone months later after the crime without a warrant and no supportive or corroborating evidence?

If you mean to ask whether the probable cause determination which you've described was sufficiently established to justify the arrest of the person which apparently resulted therefrom, my answer would be, no, perhaps, not.
