I'm I'm with someone who is on probation for a faslely accused rape in 2004 and is on probation and listed as a sex offender and I have a child can we get married!!!??

I would suggest that the "falsely accused" one check with his probation office

as to this issue to determine whether he could marry you under these circumstances

without violating his probation status.
