probation laws in virgina
in 1981 i was convicted of a sex crime and now in 2007 iam haveing to take a sex class for the next year. iam on probation for something else not anything to do with a sex crime how can they do this to me and now they ( my probation dept) want me to take a polygraph test every 6 months because of this crime from the 80s can they do this to me
