Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
probation state transfer
my probation officer hates me! i've known this since i met her. i can't afford to live in virginia anymore and i really want to go back to texas which is where i came from to be here. i need to know if its possible to transfer my probation out of state. i also know that the man i put in prison has a personal ''mission'' to take my freedom away as i did to him. i'm being harrassed and need to relocate back to texas which i call home

Re: probation state transfer
Yes, you can make a request to your PO to have your probation transfered to Texas for the very good reason that you want to relocate there to be back with your family, and, of course, with "them good ole Texas roots".
