probation transfer laws
if your over the age of 21 and you want a transfer from county to county for probation how do you go about doing that and if you asked your probation officer for a transfer dont they have to give it to you?

A probationer(person on probation)who wishes to transfer his probation to another jurisdiction
normally submits her request to the probation officer which is currently responsible for his or her case.
The probation office which receives such a request may or may not approve it, depending upon the circumstances and is certainly under no obligation to do so.
