Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
first probation violation
I get released from probation next month. I see my P.O. tomorrow. I received a Driving on a Suspended yesterday. Should I report the charge to her? I don't have to go to court until 8/7 but I can get it postponed. Please get back to me today.

Yes, report the new charge immediately to your P.O., along with any mitigating circumstances.
