Probation Violation

What will happen to my spouse for a violation. This is his first time in one city but second time in another. The violation is for dirty urine. Have not been in trouble since 2004 and all his fines are paid off.

Hard to say on these few facts, but the court involved and the judge assigned to hear the matter will very likely play a significant role in the outcome(in my opinion).
