I am currently on probation with just 3 weeks left before discharge. Just got arrested 2days ago; my court date is 3 days after my dischage date. Will I be in violation and not be discharged?

Yes, having been arrested within the period of your probation, you're already
in violation, but whether you'll be sanctioned will be up to the judge hearing the matter.
