Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Hi Im on probation in West Virginia I moved to Viginia do to work Its a felony failer to pay child support to a minor In west virginia I have to report to my probation officer once a mounth . Well thats a little inconviniant How do i go about getting it transfered to virginia from west virginia ? Ive lived in virginia for 6 mos.

You have to make the request to transfer your probation to Virginia to the West Virginia
Probation Department.
