Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

am I off probation I had 3 years feb 6 2013 have never violated my probation or had a dirty urine I hav not heard from my po since sept 2015 I suppose to be done feb 6 2016 I call every month like I suppose to.

Well, if you're suppose to be off your probation by Feb. 6, 2016, then presumably (considering today's date)

it would seem reasonable to conclude that you are in fact probably done with it, but you might want to check in with a supervisory person in this probation office to make sure.
