Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I'm on probation for 2 years good behavior but I just recently found out that an incident that happened in a different state involving a DUI has been schedule for court and if i'm found guilty on DUI charge can that violate my probation even though this DUI incident happened before i was but on probation for a different incident?
