if you go thru the process of fingerprinting,mug shots,go before the magistrate and sign your own bond should you have been marandised at any point during these occurances?

Yes, since what you've described would clearly appear to be the process of
an accused (presumably) having been formally arrested and taken into custody by law enforcement officials.
Nevertheless, if the law enforcement officials involved with your case failed to do so, i.e., read you your Miranda rights, that in no way means that your case cannot still be prosecuted
