Public Urination

I received a public urination ticket the other day. I was wondering what could happen to me under Richmond City Law, or where I can find that information.

On my record, I only have one traffic ticket of ''Running a red light''... What are my chances of not having this ticket be put on my record... Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

This is likely classified as a misdemeanor offense

under the Richmond City Code(a fine likely but no jail), but would probably be worth hiring an attorney to defend against if at all possible to minimize its possible effects on your record.
