Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My question is I was in a car with 4 people im in the back seat n the drier was speeding he just picked me up from a party and they pulled us over and found some gunz 1 in the trunk one in the glove department an one under the driver seat they pulled us over aint ask for licesn are nothin just told us turn the car offn get outwit our hands up put us in handcuffs put us in the car n searched the car n charged me with 2 concealed weapons andshootin in public i wouldlike to know how i was charged with 2 conceal weapons n shootin n public if they pulled us i was not drivin i was not drivin n aint they spose to ask 4 a license and read u some rights b4 they put u n cuffs n lock u up
