Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have a question regarding grand larceny. Is it considered grand larceny if you know someone who works at a store and you give them money to put in there pocket for an item that you receive or can that be considered receiving stolen goods.

1. Conspiracy to commit or as an accessory to grand larceny could be possible.
2. And, yes, the one who received this item might be charged with receiving stolen goods.
