Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I got a question i was kicked out of ASAP and know refured back to court and want to know whats going to happen and what can i do.

Probably depends upon the reason you were booted from VASAP. If you have no good excuse, whatever part of your sentence that was previously suspended, could now be imposed by the judge hearing the matter.
However, if there are mitigating or extenuating circumstances for your ejection from this program, you should explain them to the judge and ask to be readmitted to VASAP and given another opportunity to complete the program.
