Question about sentencing of 4 felonies and 1 misdemeanor
My friend was recently charged with Assault, Larceny, Kidnapping, Arson, and Vandalism. He was not given any information concerning what his sentence might be. He has one previous misdemeanor. What minimum and maximum sentences can he expect?
