Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My question is, if a woman is pregnant and asks for abortion money to keep quiet about it but after receiving the money she changes her mind about keeping quiet, is that illegal? Or just morally wrong?

Well, it's certainly not criminal (the category which you've chosen to pose your question) nor would I characterize it as "morally wrong", which in fact many people believe properly describes abortion.
