Questioned and arrestedwithout having my rights read
I was asked a few questions by a detective at work andwhen I went into talkwith him again I was booked on charges.During this ordeal my rights were never read to me. What coulbbe theout comeonce I get a lawyer

If your Miranda rights were not read to you after you were taken into custody, and you were then subjected to further interrogation and, consequently, gave up incriminating information to police investigators, that information could be subject to supression(meaning prosecutors could not use it against you at trial).
