im currently coming forward and speaking out about what happened to me i have recently pressed charges against my rapist the problem im having is it was so long ago that theres no physical evidence to support me i will have testimony of my brothers who also lived in the home my sister which he did the same thing to her as well but ive been told that we really need the testimony of my grandmother im not sure if she is willing to do this so what i need to know is what else can i do to get justice i know its going to be a long fight but im ready i just need to know what options i have because if my grandmother doesn't testify i can't just walk away

Time to have a heart to heart talk with grandma about the matter, it would seem. You may also wish to seek out various women's support groups in your local community which offer support/therapy to victims in these kinds of situations.
