Rape or Robbery

My friends and I are having a dicusssion and hope you can be of assistance. I would like to describe a scenario to help you understand. The discussion revolves around the current Duke University scandal. Scenario: If you invite an entertainer to your house and everyone agrees to certain acts for money. As the entertainer is leaving, the party goers decide to take the money back. Is this considered a rape or a robbery or perhaps even both? Thanks for your time

The taking back of money paid to the entertainer for the consensual acts(whatever they were if they were consented to the acts could not be rape)by force from this person and against her will would clearly be robbery.
