Re: rape

Black's Law Dictionary defines rape as the "unlawful sexual intercourse with a female without her consent". This is the common law definition; statutory versions may include a

consenting female victim who is underage.

Normally, women who engage in illegal or unlawful intercourse with male victims are not charged with

the crime of rape but, rather, some statutory version of sexual assault or related crime.
