does any have to read you your right before your put in the car(while cuffing)?

Miranda rights only need to be given if (1) you are "in custody" and (2) you are subject to interrogation. Assuming you were under arrest, then the first requirement is satisfied. However, no Miranda rights are needed if the police don't ask you any questions. Did you admit to anything?
