Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I just received a ticket for underage possession of alcohol, (i was holding a beer can). I just looked over the ticket and realized the zip code of the court I am suppose to appear at is wrong. Is this grounds for dismissal of the case. I was not drunk at all and I am 18.
