Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I recently bought a home. However, I realized that in the application form there are several places where my signature has been falsely signed by another person, most likely by the agent. This agent also broke several of her promises, and did not act according to what I asked her.
What actions I can take against her? I believe the signature fraud is a big issue! Please let me know.

First of all, you must determine (in my opinion) what measurable and compensable losses have you incurred from this agent's alleged actions?
If you believe them to be sizeable and substantial losses, then consult a lawyer
in your area who handles real estate transactions and who should be
able to advise you, accordingly.
