Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I was recently made aware that I have a Juvenile Trespass warrant in Roanoake, VA. I was in Virginia in September (2011) to have a PPO placed against an individual who threatened my life. The Magisatrate in Roanoke could not do anything without the individual's address, so I drove to the house (at the request of the Roanoke County Magistrate who was on duty that night) that he was renting at the end of a cul-de-sac to read the address from his mailbox (there were several mailboxes on a post). At no time did I enter his property, but there were not any "No Tespassing" signs that could be seen from the road. The Roanoke city police took me out there later that night in their squad car, to verify if it was in the City of Roanoake or Roanoke County. I do not live in Virginia, I live in upper Michigan, nor did I live there at the time, I had to make the trip twice in order to have the PPO served and 1 one year order set into place. I am not sure what "juvenile" means as it relates to this charge, I'm certainly not a juvenile, I'm 47 years old. I just need to know that I should do to get this taken care of. I called the police department there and got nowhere.

You might want to write the court which issued this warrant, explaining

the situation from your perspective and asking them to clarify what is

meant by a "juvenile trespass" warrant as it may currently apply to you.
