Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was recently given a nolle prosequi on a public urination charge in Richmond, VA. The judge said the DA chose to terminate the charges but if I get in any more trouble within the statute of limitations on the charge, the DA can choose to press charges. What is the statute of limitations on public urination in Virginia? I was charged under Code of Virginia, 18.2-377.
