reckless driving
Got a ticket for reckless driving doing 79 in a 55 do I have to have an attorney or can I go to court and maybe they will reduce it?

Hire an attorney, if you can afford it. Otherwise, if such is not possible, go to court and see the prosecutor assigned to your case before court begins and offer to plead guilty in return for a charge reduced to a speeding infraction(from a criminal misdemeanor).
