can i seal a record or cover it up somehow it only has mistermeaners
1 charge from 5 years ago petty larceny/tresspassing occured at same time
2 charged with petty larceny 2 in the same day but 2 counties im on probation for it now occured nov. 06 i want to go to the coast guard and need a security clearence

Misdemeanor offenses may now apparently be expunged for first time offenders under Va. Code Sec. 392.2-2(C)--provided the Commonwealth doesn't have "just cause" to object.
