reformation instead of incarceration

I have 3 pro. violations,I know the judge is going to give me the two and a half years hanging over my head. Is it possiable to enter into a contract with a christian based residential rehab. My current violation stems from a poss. of herion ,poss. deadly weapon,and petty theft.would this be unheard of?

Sure, you could enter into a contract with such an organization, but it's unlikely to keep you out of the slammer under the circumstances which you've described.
