release of evidence used
Do the courts have a time frame after conviction, to put in writing that they are going to destroy the evidence used, or can they just destroy said evidence?

Re: release of evidence used
I am not aware of any such time frames which require a court to give written notification to a convicted defendant or others as to how evidence utilized in the case may or may not be disposed of.
