removing felony conviction
If someone has been found guilty of a class 6 felony,mad restitution, and served the time. Is there any motion that can be made to have the felony removed? If it prevents the person from holding license for EMergency Medical Certification?

No, there is not, unless you were wrongfully and unjustly convicted and are eligible to receive a pardon from the Governor.
